Preparation Strategy for UPPCL JE REcuitment 2020

Understanding of exam is most essential for cracking the exam for this follow simple methods :

1) SYLLABUS : Complete rely upon syllabus those topics which are mentioned by name  should be   focused more  normally it is more core topics

 Basic Technical  Knowledge : Revise Notes as much times as you can for technical and also keep    practicing questions along with revision so that you can be able                    to  remember basic theory ,conceptual clarity and speed can be enhanced.

Important Topics : Network Theory , Measurement , Control System , Transformers  & Machine Topics ( Induction starting methods & Working , some theoretical questions in different types of machines such as which type of machine we use where  , Dc machine Basic Problems, Synchronous machines) , Power System ( Active , reactive power, transmission lines, Corona Basics , Stability basics , fault basics  and other), Anlog and Digital .

   Non -Tech  (GS)       :      For daily  General Knowledge  refer any online site in which questions are provided in objective format and practice them (till 15 days before exam)  . Burning issue should be studied with some background knowledge example : in 2019 or 2020 Anti Defecation Law has been in in news so some  study about this law like formation of year , who was PM at that time , which constitution amendment , year .

In polity basic topics such as Panchayati Raj Institution , Judicial Review , RTI Act, Retirement Age of various Constitutional Posts such as Judges , tenure of election commissioners ,minimum age criteria for MP LS , MP RS , Voter age etc have  been asked in various UPPCL exams .

   Sports : Recent awards , tournament are important .

Environment : Current Issues only specially AQI, NGT , forest missions , nahar van yojna etc.

Hindi : As each mark is important in  the exam selected candidates range  hardly varies 0.25 to 10 marks only as competition is getting tougher day by day hindi should also be preapred well . Topics : Alnkar ,samas, Synonyms, Karark etc.

               Strategy: 

     1) First Read Important Technical Topics Mentioned Above and  Remember Important Formulas daily.

2) Practice These Topics more and more solve numerical Problems.

3) Read daily GK from online site ( till 15 days before exam) and basic gk based on current affairs topics mentioned above.

4) daily  30-45 minutes hindi as it may be bonus and lead on others.

Books & Material :  Previous  papers of UPPCL JE & AE (GS Part only , Basic theoritical Questions) , Recent Je Exams Conducted , our  blog for update and guidance and material , Rk Rajput , JB Gupta for practice.

Apptitude : Previous  papers of UPPCL JE & AE , remember important tips and tricks , formulas.

Normalization formula is provided in advertisement so exam will be conducted in more than one phase .

As we are aware from uppcl normalization history in which margin can be up to 10 Marks ( it happened recently in AEs exams 2019 & 2020) so we have to prepare with a good strategy as considering normalization may not be in our favour.

I want to add one more thing as UPPCL JE exam allowing only diploma candidate it is huge opportunity and salary grade pay (4600) is more than any equivalent je exams.
